Rockwell's Bakery: Rockwell's Cakes Line

The old saying, “Don’t mess with a good thing,” certainly applies to Rockwell’s line cakes. Since the day we opened, these delicious cakes have been a neighborhood favorite, and their popularity has now spread to the rest of Orange County and beyond. Our Chocolate Curl Cake is our specialty, and has become a timeless look that many have tried to imitate, but none have duplicated successfully. Rockwell’s Cake Line has won more awards locally than any other bakery and any other line of cakes. We use only the best ingredients available and have the most stringent quality standards of any local bakery. In order to guarantee the most delicious, moist cakes possible, we have used the same baking methods for the last twenty years, and you will be able to taste the difference! Select from our variety of Rockwell’s classics, or create your own concoction! Choose from classic white, tasty marble or decadent chocolate cake, then add chocolate mousse, raspberry mousse, banana mousse, venetian cream or whipped cream for the filling. (Delicious farm-fresh sliced strawberries are also available at your preference.) Top it all off with Rockwell’s indulgent milk or white chocolate curls, or our white or chocolate buttercream icing, which will satisfy even the ultimate sweet tooth. A variety of sizes are available to serve twelve to upwards of one hundred guests, and free delivery is available Monday through Friday between nine and twelve to businesses located anywhere in Orange County. LEMON MOUSSE CAKE - Two layer cake with lemon mousse filling and icing.

GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE - Two layer chocolate cake with coconut filling and icing.

CHOCOLATE CURL CAKE ~ Our Signature Design ~ Chocolate, white, or marble cake filled with banana mousse, raspberry mousse, chocolate mousse, or Venetian cream and fresh strawberry slices (optional,) decorated with white whipped cream and choice of dark or white chocolate curls or both, decorated with chocolate dipped strawberries.

BUTTER CREAM CAKE - Chocolate, white, or marble cake filled with fudge filling, banana mousse, raspberry mousse, chocolate mousse, or Venetian cream and fresh strawberry slices (optional,) decorated with white or chocolate butter cream.

STRAWBERRY SUPREME - Two layer white cake filled with whipped cream and fresh strawberry slices, decorated with white whipped cream and whole fresh strawberries.

CHOCOLATE COOKIE CAKE - Two layer chocolate cake filled with chocolate mousse and chocolate chips, decorated with chocolate whipped cream and fancy cookie.

CARROT CAKE - Two layer carrot cake filled with cream cheese and decorated with cream cheese icing and chopped nuts.

FUDGE FANTASY - Two layer chocolate cake with fudge filling, decorated with fudge icing and Swiss chocolate curls.

RASPBERRY OREO CAKE - Two layer white cake filled with raspberry mousse and decorated with Oreo whipped cream and raspberry mousse garnish.

CHOCOLATE DRIP CAKE - Two layer cake filled with chocolate mousse, decorated with white whipped cream, covered with melted dark chocolate and topped with a whipped cream flower.

SACHER TORTE - Three layer chocolate cake filled with raspberry jam and covered with a gourmet chocolate icing.

TIRAMISU - Two layer white cake filled with mascarpone cheese and espresso, topped with cocoa butter.
